Quick verdict
The spout is the whole idea and it earns its keep: upright sipping at a desk, a real swig when you are moving. Twenty-four ounces is a desk-and-commute size, not a day-hike size, and the button lid has more moving parts than a screw cap.
A 24-ounce insulated stainless steel bottle with the patented FreeSip spout, which lets you sip upright through a built-in straw or tilt back and swig from the opening, closed by a push-button lid whose carry loop doubles as a lock.
Desk workers and commuters who want cold water without unscrewing a lid, and anyone who switches between straw sipping and gulping.
Long hikes and gym sessions where 24 ounces runs dry - go for 32 or 40. Also skip it for hot drinks; this is a cold-water bottle, not a coffee thermos.

Simple and correctly made: the hex ends fix the annoyance of round dumbbells rolling off, and the neoprene grip is comfortable without gloves. The limit is obvious - 10 pounds is a starting weight, and there is no way to add more.

Two lamps for twenty dollars, and the motion sensor is genuinely useful when your hands are muddy or gloved. Read the runtime honestly: 1,500mAh gives 4 to 10 hours depending on brightness, so a long night needs a power bank or a spare.
