Quick verdict
Nothing to charge and nothing to remember: these are the warmers to keep in a glove box for the one cold morning you did not plan for. They are disposable, so 40 pairs is 40 uses, and the heat is fixed - you cannot dial it down.
A bulk pack of 40 pairs of air-activated disposable hand warmers that need no preparation - open the packet, expose them to air, and they produce up to 10 hours of heat at roughly 61 cents a pair.
Skiers, hunters, stadium spectators and anyone who works outdoors in winter, plus a stash in the car for emergencies.
Anyone who wants reusable heat - an electric warmer pays for itself over a few seasons. Not for year-round climates where a 40-pair pack would sit unused.

The spout is the whole idea and it earns its keep: upright sipping at a desk, a real swig when you are moving. Twenty-four ounces is a desk-and-commute size, not a day-hike size, and the button lid has more moving parts than a screw cap.

Simple and correctly made: the hex ends fix the annoyance of round dumbbells rolling off, and the neoprene grip is comfortable without gloves. The limit is obvious - 10 pounds is a starting weight, and there is no way to add more.
